The Punisher
#62 · Marvel Comics · April 1992
Believed dead and operating behind the surgically altered identity of Rook, Frank Castle continues targeting Chicago’s criminal organizations. Suspicious gang leaders kidnap him and force Frank to reveal whether their violent new adversary is actually the Punisher.
Luke Cage arrives during the confrontation, but the resulting battle tears away Frank’s disguise and exposes the familiar skull beneath it. Castle embraces his identity once again, joining Cage to defeat the gang before the two heroes part on uneasy terms.
