Return & Refund Policy

At DM Vault Co., we take care to package and ship all items securely. Please review our return policy before purchasing.

All sales are final on trading cards and collectible items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:

  • Opened or handled items

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor print variations or centering differences

are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
