Rom joins the X-Men against Hybrid, a mutant and Dire Wraith descendant manipulating the young Jimmy Marks. Sprite ultimately uses Rom’s Neutralizer to destroy Hybrid, but the resulting dimensional rift sends the Spaceknight into Limbo, where he becomes entangled in the Space Phantom’s deception.
