Quasar
#4–7 · Marvel Comics · December 1989–February 1990 · Four-Issue Lot
Quasar’s survey of extraterrestrial activity begins with Aquarian and Quantum before the Acts of Vengeance brings him into conflict with the Absorbing Man. Crusher Creel absorbs the properties of Quasar’s Quantum Bands, forcing Wendell Vaughn to overload the villain with cosmic energy.
The crossover continues as Quasar responds to threats involving Venom, Klaw, Living Laser and Red Ghost. In the concluding issue, he recruits the Uni-Power-enhanced Spider-Man to stop the planet-wrecking Terminus and propel the massive alien away from Earth.

Vault Notes & Reader Notes
Issues #5–7 are chapters in the Acts of Vengeance crossover, while #7 also belongs to the Cosmic Spider-Man storyline. Mark Gruenwald wrote all four issues; Paul Ryan penciled #4–6 and Mike Manley penciled #7, with Danny Bulanadi providing inks throughout. The run connects Quasar’s early extraterrestrial survey to several major Marvel heroes and villains without interrupting the title’s central cosmic narrative.
