In “Quantum Theory Made Easy,” Quasar begins investigating the extraterrestrial population living on Earth and reunites with Aquarian in California. Their meeting is interrupted by Quantum, whose connection to Aquarian’s home world of Dakkam expands the origins of both characters.

“The Absorption Principle” brings Quasar into the Acts of Vengeance crossover against the escaped Absorbing Man. Crusher Creel absorbs the properties of Quasar’s Quantum Bands, forcing the cosmic hero to overload him with energy before his borrowed power can cause further destruction.

Paul Becton colored both stories, with lettering by Janice Chiang.
