This issue contains the first appearance of Buried Alien, an unidentified speedster later known as Fast Forward. The story never identifies the character as the Flash, although the name and circumstances intentionally invite that comparison. Mike Manley supplied the cover and interior artwork, with Paul Becton on colors and Janice Chiang on lettering.
