Card Highlights

• Casting cost: one generic and one white mana
• Power and toughness: 2/2

• Does not grant its own bonus or ward ability to itself
• Uncommon standard-frame printing illustrated by Bruno Biazotto

Vault Notes & Play Impact

A battlefield with several Humans gets more value from the shared power boost. Two Coppercoat Vanguards support each other, and other Humans receive both power bonuses and two separate ward abilities. Ward helps against targeted interaction but does not stop effects that affect creatures without targeting them.
