Vault Notes & Play Impact

Keep mana available for interaction, then cast Memory Deluge during an opponent’s end step if you do not need another response. Flashback provides a later opportunity to search more deeply for useful cards. The selected cards are put into your hand rather than drawn, so they do not trigger abilities that require drawing cards.
